床單固定帶是一款常年都能銷售的產(chǎn)品，上這樣常年都有需求的產(chǎn)品，是企業(yè)常年都有穩(wěn)定收入的基本保障，也是一種很好的店鋪模式組成部分（全年常規(guī)性產(chǎn)品）。

今天說的這款床單固定帶，有市場(chǎng)需求，也有一定的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)（同行紛紛上架類似款的床單固定帶），例如下面這款床單固定帶，就是最近上架的：

我擔(dān)心的就是，這類工作方式的床單固定帶，已經(jīng)存在了在先的美國(guó)發(fā)明專利，后面越來越多人銷售這個(gè)工作方式的產(chǎn)品的話，我擔(dān)心會(huì)被一次性割韭菜........

這個(gè)相關(guān)美國(guó)發(fā)明專利的主要權(quán)利要求就是：A system for keeping bed sheets from being disengaged from a mattress, comprising: a plurality of elastic bands arranged in a cross pattern, each of the elastic bands having a folded end and a free end; a central ring, wherein each of the folded ends of the elastic bands is separately wrapped about a separate portion of the central ring so that each of the folded ends of each elastic band slides along the separate portion of the central ring; and clips attached to each free end of the elastic bands, wherein the cross pattern of the elastic bands is adapted to be positioned underneath a mattress having a bottom sheet thereon, with the clips being clamped to outer edge portions of the bottom sheet in order to keep the bottom sheet on the mattress.

簡(jiǎn)單概況該發(fā)明專利的主要技術(shù)方案就是：固定帶的一端固定于一個(gè)環(huán)上，另一端帶夾子，夾緊床單，然后整體壓于床底，以固定住床單不從床墊上滑落。

為什么還沒有開始維權(quán)，我想有3個(gè)主要原因：

1、專利權(quán)人沒有能力進(jìn)行維權(quán)操作，或聘不起維權(quán)律師；

2、市面上銷售的類似工作原理的床單固定帶進(jìn)行了規(guī)避設(shè)計(jì)，并不是一模一樣，不構(gòu)成侵權(quán)；

3、等著一次性收割吧？

但愿是我多慮了......
