因為買到的商品不是她想要的顏色,亞馬遜買家投訴“商品與描述不符”
有個買家買了我的一款灰玫瑰色的包包,她現(xiàn)在想退貨,理由是這個包包的顏色應(yīng)該是霓虹粉色的,而不是主頁描述的灰玫瑰色。我去查看了一下這個包包的圖片、標(biāo)題還有產(chǎn)品描述,確實說的是灰玫瑰色?。m然圖片看起來有點像淺粉)。我又去仔細(xì)看了一下她退貨請求,原來是她看到有個3年前買了這款包包的買家評論說它是霓虹粉色的,她就奇怪為什么包包不是這種顏色。其實那個買家以前不是在我這邊買的包包,不知道為什么他的評論就跑到我這邊來了,但是我沒辦法刪掉這條評論。我決定不出退貨的運費,而且我要收退貨手續(xù)費,你們有什么好的建議嗎?

我已經(jīng)接受退貨了,這不是問題,問題是我擔(dān)心這個買家會認(rèn)為我的產(chǎn)品描述有誤,然后亞馬遜因為這個而處罰我,而且如果這個買家希望我付退貨的運費,或是對手續(xù)費不滿怎么辦?

如果買家和賣家有糾紛,亞馬遜是偏向買家這邊的,如果你不想收到 A-Z claim(可能會因此花錢),你就給買家出退貨運費,然后等貨退回之后再退款給她
