亞馬遜新賬號(hào)刷單過(guò)猛被封,跪求申訴建議
亞馬遜新賬號(hào),產(chǎn)品發(fā)FBA,不來(lái)計(jì)劃好分幾天刷那么幾單,但是一不小心在幾個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)把幾單都刷了,然后就收到亞馬遜封號(hào)的郵件:
Hello, You have used the Amazon Payments system to create transactions between related accounts. This is against our policies. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site. Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer. You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please send an email to payments-funds@amazon.com. If you want to appeal this decision, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central?

正常申訴流程:
登錄賣(mài)家賬戶(hù)后臺(tái),點(diǎn)擊Performance按鈕中的Performance Notifications,找到關(guān)于您銷(xiāo)售權(quán)限被移除的告知郵件,打開(kāi)郵件,點(diǎn)擊Appeal的申訴按鈕,點(diǎn)擊Appeal decision按鈕,把您的補(bǔ)救行動(dòng)計(jì)劃寫(xiě)入,點(diǎn)擊Submit,把您申訴的內(nèi)容發(fā)給亞馬遜的Seller Performance進(jìn)行評(píng)估,Seller Performance會(huì)根據(jù)您提供的申訴內(nèi)容以及這次銷(xiāo)售權(quán)限被移除的嚴(yán)重程度來(lái)決定是否恢復(fù)您的亞馬遜賬戶(hù)賣(mài)家權(quán)限。
亞馬遜方面會(huì)在48小時(shí)內(nèi)給你回復(fù),期間賣(mài)家務(wù)必關(guān)注郵件提醒,可能會(huì)要求賣(mài)家繼續(xù)提供各種賬號(hào)恢復(fù)的資料。
