36小時(shí),eBay賣(mài)家把7個(gè)差評(píng)改為好評(píng)
?看到一篇賣(mài)家分享修改差評(píng)的文章,雖然這位賣(mài)家一直在使用典型的中國(guó)式英語(yǔ)在和買(mǎi)家進(jìn)行交流,但是絲毫沒(méi)有影響到溝通的效果。其實(shí)也有很多賣(mài)家反饋,真誠(chéng)善意的溝通反而能收到意想不到的效果。這位賣(mài)家分享了一些溝通上的細(xì)節(jié)和技巧,希望大家能有所收獲。
昨天早上,8:30, 打開(kāi)電腦,慣例先看FEEDBACK, 情況不妙,同一個(gè)買(mǎi)家給了7個(gè)差評(píng),EBAY四年從未遭遇過(guò)這等事,但是并未晴天霹靂,因?yàn)樗哪甑腅BAY戰(zhàn)斗,歷練了今天的淡定。
看看買(mǎi)家是來(lái)自希臘,翻翻買(mǎi)家留給賣(mài)家們的反饋此前都是好評(píng),唯獨(dú)最新的7個(gè)負(fù)評(píng)是留給我的,說(shuō)明還是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的買(mǎi)家。
8:40, 希臘正值半夜,估計(jì)馬上寫(xiě)信給買(mǎi)家也不會(huì)得到立即回復(fù)。
10:30, 處理完其他買(mǎi)家的郵件和瑣碎事情,開(kāi)始關(guān)注該買(mǎi)家,買(mǎi)家的反饋是:

發(fā)貨記錄顯示他還是一個(gè)回頭客戶(hù),這是6月7日的一個(gè)掛號(hào)件,根據(jù)希臘郵政的跟蹤信息判斷(其實(shí)是沒(méi)看懂希臘文,靠猜測(cè)的),該包裹可能已經(jīng)被返回。但是買(mǎi)家從未寫(xiě)信給我啊,大喊冤枉,于是寫(xiě)了一封長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的郵件,并且加上了全家福照片(記得,這是殺手锏):

這些中式英語(yǔ)估計(jì)初中三年級(jí)都可以閱讀,但是,關(guān)鍵在于真誠(chéng)。
發(fā)送了郵件之后,感覺(jué)不對(duì)勁,買(mǎi)家明明說(shuō)是發(fā)送了電子郵件,于是按照買(mǎi)家的EBAY注冊(cè)郵箱地址在FOXMAIL里搜索,沒(méi)有啊。
再用買(mǎi)家的PAYPAL郵件地址搜索,乖乖啊,在垃圾郵箱里真的有買(mǎi)家三天前發(fā)送來(lái)的一個(gè)郵件,標(biāo)題非常像EBAY的自動(dòng)郵件,被我給忽略了。于是驚慌了,如此賣(mài)家不回郵件,如果我是買(mǎi)家我也會(huì)留差評(píng),馬上退款$92給買(mǎi)家(其實(shí),我也感覺(jué)到物品可能已經(jīng)回到香港了),然后又寫(xiě)了一個(gè)郵件給買(mǎi)家,并加上了FOXMAIL 垃圾郵箱的截圖,證明是軟件的錯(cuò)。

時(shí)鐘滴滴答答到了下午3點(diǎn),沒(méi)收到回復(fù)的郵件。
晚上陪兒子下了一盤(pán)圍棋,一個(gè)三十多歲的人與一個(gè)5歲半的小孩下棋,結(jié)果只有一個(gè),勝了。
今早迫不及待收郵件,沒(méi)有該買(mǎi)家的回復(fù),挺失望的。安慰自己,可能買(mǎi)家剛好外出了。
處理完其他處理完其他買(mǎi)家的郵件和瑣碎事情, 又寫(xiě)了一個(gè)郵件:

I'll contact the custom office personally and if the parts are still here, (I believe that they are on the way back to you), I shall sent the payment through paypal again.

其實(shí)大部分西方人比中國(guó)人更會(huì)表達(dá)感情,如果你動(dòng)之以情(不是勾搭?lèi)?ài)情),曉之以理,比與某寶的買(mǎi)家更容易溝通,但是往往可能是由于時(shí)間的差異和溝通的技巧不夠,喪失了很多的修改機(jī)會(huì)和商機(jī)。
現(xiàn)在寫(xiě)一些正經(jīng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享吧。
這個(gè)是有運(yùn)氣成分的,你應(yīng)該慶幸你碰到的不是極品,
坦白的說(shuō),80%的中差評(píng)都被我給爭(zhēng)取過(guò)來(lái)了。在中國(guó)做EBAY, 各種條件制約,如果你保證100% FEEDBACK好評(píng)其實(shí)是非常困難的。但是我做到了100%(EBAY的約等于計(jì)算),這主要是靠我真誠(chéng)的中式英語(yǔ)溝通。
過(guò)去12個(gè)月,約15000單,直到當(dāng)前累積了7個(gè)中評(píng)和一個(gè)差評(píng),其中這一個(gè)差評(píng)是真的遇到了極品了,以色列的,前年7月給了我兩個(gè)差評(píng),去年8月?lián)Q了ID又給了我一個(gè)差評(píng),溝通20封信無(wú)效,這就是極品,但是未退款給他。
收到了差評(píng),先不要上火,否則會(huì)吃不下睡不著(這是當(dāng)年經(jīng)歷過(guò)的),首先分析差評(píng)的原因,如果確信是自己的原因,不要再扯皮了,直接退款,馬上發(fā)信息溝通解決問(wèn)題。如果你不能確定是誰(shuí)的問(wèn)題,就先溝通。
溝通方式:EBAY MESSAGE + 電子郵件(EBAY和PAYPAL注冊(cè)郵箱),
EBAY和PAYPAL, 許多買(mǎi)家使用兩個(gè)注冊(cè)的郵箱,記得抄送。
三管齊下,免得買(mǎi)家永遠(yuǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn)不了你的郵件。
如果外語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)還可以,建議直接打電話(huà),客氣的詞多用點(diǎn),沉得住氣。但是切記時(shí)差,不要讓客戶(hù)有午夜兇鈴的感覺(jué)。(這個(gè)方法我沒(méi)試過(guò),我口語(yǔ)特拿不上桌)
第一個(gè)郵件要一定要平和,不要馬上請(qǐng)求買(mǎi)家修改差評(píng),要先詢(xún)問(wèn)原因,并且盡量多敘述你的一些解決方案,讓買(mǎi)家感覺(jué)到你是一個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)任的賣(mài)家,順便祝愿他們的家庭幸福美滿(mǎn),最后在郵件的下方插入一個(gè)你的家庭照片,關(guān)于家庭照片這一說(shuō),我10試8準(zhǔn),基本都會(huì)得到買(mǎi)家的回復(fù)。
家庭照片,你可以拍一個(gè)三口之家的,有其樂(lè)融融的家庭氣息的照片。本人相貌一般,青春痘較多,我干脆在百度里抓了一個(gè),但是我擔(dān)心哪天做大了客戶(hù)來(lái)參觀(guān)咋辦?
曾經(jīng)有一個(gè)買(mǎi)家這樣回復(fù)我,多可愛(ài)的孩子,多溫馨的家庭,但是你仍然打動(dòng)不了我的心。
但幸運(yùn)的是,最后溝通的次數(shù)多了,還是修改了差評(píng)。
